Fontana Wine Kits, operated by ABC Cork Co ("we", "us" or "our"), uses personal information to operate www.fontanawinekit.com, process purchases and provide customer support. This policy explains the information we collect, how we use and share it, and your choices.

  • Orders and accounts: your name, email address, phone number, billing and delivery addresses, order history, subscription choices and payment or transaction details needed to process your purchase. Payment providers process payment credentials through checkout.
  • Support and reviews: information you submit through our contact form, chat or reviews, including your order number, product details, photographs and winemaking questions. Please do not send passwords, full payment-card details or unrelated sensitive information.
  • Website activity: IP address, browser and device information, pages and products viewed, referral information, interactions and cookie identifiers. This information comes from your browser and cookies, pixels or similar technologies.
  • Marketing preferences: your subscription choices and interactions with our emails and marketing.

How we use information

We use information to fulfil and track orders, process payments, manage subscriptions, respond to questions, prevent fraud, maintain records, improve our website and measure marketing performance. Where permitted and consistent with your choices, we also use information to send marketing and personalise advertising. Transactional order messages are separate from marketing subscriptions.

We share information as needed with providers that support our store, including Shopify for ecommerce; payment processors; warehouse, shipping and tracking providers; Klaviyo for email marketing; Gorgias for customer support; and Judge.me for product reviews. Google services support analytics and advertising. Providers receive the information needed for their services and process it under their applicable terms and privacy policies.

Our store uses Shopify Network Intelligence, which combines information from interactions with our store and other merchants to improve services, advertising and personalisation. We may also disclose information to meet legal obligations, respond to lawful requests, protect rights and prevent fraud, or in connection with a business transfer. Reviews you choose to publish may be visible to other visitors.
