Fontana Wine Club subscriptions

When you select a subscription, you authorise recurring charges and deliveries at the frequency and price shown at checkout. Current plans offer delivery every 6, 8 or 12 weeks with a 10% subscription discount. Your order confirmation and subscription account show the plan you selected, applicable shipping and taxes, and upcoming orders. Subscriptions continue until cancelled.

Manage, skip or cancel

You can manage your subscription through your subscription account. Sign in using the email address used for your order. You can cancel future renewals or use the available pause and skip options. There is no cancellation fee.

Make changes before the next order is charged and processed. Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals; it does not automatically cancel or refund an order that has already been processed. If you need help accessing your account or stopping an upcoming order, use our contact form and include your order number and request.

Orders already processed

Contact us promptly if an order has already been charged. We will check whether fulfilment can be stopped, but cancellation is not guaranteed once processing or shipping has begun. Returns and refunds are handled under our return and refund policy. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

Payment and stock availability

Keep your payment and shipping details up to date in your subscription account. If a payment fails, the system may retry and may cancel the subscription after unsuccessful attempts. If stock is unavailable, the system may retry and skip the affected order with a notification. A subscription does not guarantee inventory availability.

United States orders are fulfilled from ABC Cork's warehouse in the United States. We do not substitute Canadian stock for unavailable U.S. stock. Canada and other international orders ship from Canada, subject to destination availability and the shipping policy.
